1. Fr. Jerry continues his weekly Scripture Series on Fridays, 9am - 10am in the Family Life Center.

2. The Knights of Columbus 3rd Annual "On Da Bayou Car Show" will be held on Saturday, August 8th on St. Genevieve Church grounds. The registration is 9:00am-11:00am or until the first 60 spaces are filled. The registration fee is $30.00. Awards presentations will be at 1:00pm Jambalaya will be served by Bayou BBQ To Go. There will be additional food and drinks available, a 50/50 raffle, a great parking area, and good music. For more information, contact Dean Galatas at 985-960-1973.

3. We would like to invite everyone to our Ministry Fair on Saturday, August 8th and Sunday, August 9th after all masses. This will be a wonderful opportunity to learn about the many ministries here at St. Genevieve and how you can get involved. The fair will take place in the Family Life Center, and we will have refreshments for everyone to enjoy while you visit the ministries. 

As Scripture reminds us in 1 Peter 4:10: "As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God's varied grace". 

Ministry leaders will be on hand to answer questions and help you find a meaningful place to serve. Whether you're new to the parish or have been here for years, there is a ministry for you! Hope to see you there.

4.This weekend there will be a second collection for the Black & Indian Mission.
